How to join the program?
On placing an order, you will automatically become a member. Your Phone Number will serve as the unique ID. Additionally, you can fill out the form above to join the program.
How to redeem points?
You can redeem your reward points online by clicking on “Checkout using Rewards” in the add to carts section on www.vitalisliving.pk
Please note that you need to verify OTP on your mobile number to be able to redeem your rewards.
What are the different membership tiers?
Our Loyalty Program is designed to reward you based on your total spending with Vitalis Living. Here’s how the tiers work:
1. Vitalis Circle
- Criteria: Spend up to Rs. 8,000
- Reward: 6% loyalty rewards
2. Vitalis Tribe
- Criteria: Spend Rs. 8,001 – 24,999
- Reward: 8% loyalty rewards
3. Vitalis Collective
- Criteria: Spend Rs. 25,000+
- Reward: 10% loyalty rewards
As you shop more, you automatically move up the tiers and unlock higher rewards!
Rewards expiry duration?
Rewards points expire 4 monthsafter they are earned. Don't worry, we'll send a reminder 7 days before they expire.
Is there any way to transfer the points from one user to another or encash the points?
No, reward points are not transferableandnot encashable.
